These photos of Lindsay Lohan playing with knives have surfaced, taken sometime between her first and second stints in rehab, and they are just plain scary. These are the biggest knives I’ve ever seen! It’s like she broke into a Top Chef contestant’s locker. Cigarette in one hand, knife in the other, Lindsay half smiles as she holds the knife playfully up to her friend’s throat.

And it appears she’s not taking too kindly to the Promises rehab facility. On the first night she couldn t stop crying. Since then she s refused to follow the rules and keeps having hissy fits about people, says a source to Backseat Cuddler. And, Friday was the first day for visitors at Promises, and the only person who showed up was her bodyguard. Lindsay jumped into his arms.
